A guaranteed departure tour means that the tour will be operated on the day it is scheduled if the minimum required number of participants is available. The guaranteed departure tours will run except in the event of a natural disaster or other force-majeure events that are beyond our control.

What is the minimum number of participants required?
The system is flexible so that the more people who book tours which are not ‘guaranteed departures’, the more tours we can name as guaranteed departures.
The minimum number required to run our tours is very low – it only takes 2 people to book on our regular guaranteed departure tours, while we need 4 people on our longer and more detailed tours, and minimum 6 people when the tour is dedicated on the local festivals or events in Bulgaria.
